Our Organic Mung Beans are incredibly versatile as they can be used in soups, stews and curries and as the basis of daal. Dried beans have the fullest flavour and need to be soaked for up to 12 hours, or ideally overnight, before cooking.
Dried Mung Beans can also be sprouted to make a crunchy and filling salad or stir-fry ingredient, simply store them in the fridge once sprouted.
