Our Haricot Beans are an excellent source of plant-based protein and can be used in a variety of dishes from soups and stews to chilli and homemade baked beans. Can also be cooked and enjoyed cold in salads.
Dried Haricot Beans have the fullest flavour and need to be soaked in cold water for 12 hours, or ideally overnight, before cooking.
