Linseeds, also known as flax seeds, are rich in healthy fats as well as plant-based protein essential minerals and fibre. They can be used in a variety of ways sprinkled onto salads and cereals, mixed into bakes and bars or blended in smoothies.
Of the different varieties Brown Linseeds have a stronger nuttier flavour whilst Golden Linseeds are milder.
