- Spread sunflower seeds onto a baking sheet and roast at 180° for 10-15 minutes until light golden brown.
- Add the roasted sunflower seeds to a blender, and blend for around 5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until a butter forms.
- Add the rest of the seeds and a pinch of salt, blend again until combined. Add more salt or sweetener to your taste.
- Store at room temperature for 1-2 weeks, or in the fridge for up to 1 month
