- Blend the banana, avocado, cacao powder, agave syrup, and oat drink until smooth.
- In a medium-sized bowl combine the oat ‘flour’ and baking soda, add in the contents of the blender and mix thoroughly.
- Lightly grease frying pan with oil, spoon in a small amount of the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Stack your pancakes on a plate and serve with fresh fruit and an extra drizzle of syrup!
