Combining our favourite superfoods this cacao-powered Chia Pudding makes a delicious, nutritious dessert. Cacao Powder is packed with vitamins and minerals, and the Chia Seeds, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and fibre, create a gloriously thick and creamy pudding. Spoons up!
- Put all ingredients except cacao nibs and frozen berries in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
- Cover and leave to thicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
